I've always loved ideas and for the last twenty years, I've been lucky enough to bring them to life through design, illustration, and words alongside incredible colleagues and collaborative clients in the UK, the Middle East, and across Asia. 
It's all about the work, that's what abides, but I'm also proud of things that are difficult to show in a portfolio like mentoring talent, longstanding client relationships, shifting culture, sharing the tough times, and the good.
What I learn from the wins, the losses, and the awkward bits in-between are often shared when I speak and write about creativity, judge awards, and contribute to design education.
